Light is the leading voice in the tectonic social movement known as the dumb phone. Phones that have no internet, no email, and no endless scrolling. Made for people who are ready to get their lives and attention back. I worked with the creative studio Sundial to introduce Light’s latest entry into the market - the Light Phone III.


Video Script

It’s counterintuitive that a new product had to be invented that just didn’t do so many things. But that’s precisely what makes Light such a bold company. ‘Going Light’ as the founders call it is about recognizing you need to make a change in your life — you’re captive to a smartphone designed to drain your attention. It’s time to become the best version of yourself again.


Website Copy

Light has incredibly loyal customers dedicated to living without a smart phone. Customers ready to focus on the people and moments right in front of them. The website had to speak their preexisting customer base, but also welcome in new visitors who might be on the fence about making such a drastic change.


Press Release

Working with the founders to script the right press release for their latest phone was one of the most exciting pieces of this campaign. This wasn’t just another product release — it was a cultural statement. A declaration that when it comes to our waning ability to focus: enough is enough.
